In addition to originating, I manage a sales team of 100+ loan officers, for whom I am responsible for their production and sales efforts. I actively manage multiple marketing sales agreements with real estate firms, and I am responsible for hiring and placing salespeople in these roles in order to manage these relationships.I’d like to show you what a mortgage experience should be.
